We're set up at 6310 Hwy 162 Unit D, close enough to that same corridor that a trip already headed toward Hollywood or Ravenel can double as a dry cleaning stop without a separate errand. For anyone coming from Edisto Beach specifically, that's roughly a 35–40 minute drive one way depending on traffic through the crossroads near Adams Run, so a same-day round trip is realistic if you're already planning to be off the island that morning.
The bigger factor for timing isn't distance, it's the season. Summer weekends and holiday traffic on 174 can add real minutes to that drive, and hurricane season brings its own unpredictability — evacuation traffic, storm prep, or just heavier-than-usual weekend travel as people move on and off the island. If you're planning a same-day drop-off around a storm forecast or a holiday weekend, give yourself extra buffer on both ends of the trip.
