Wash, dry & fold at We Fold exists for exactly that stretch of the week. You bring in your bags, we weigh them at the counter so you know the price on the spot, and you walk out. Everything else happens here in Hollywood, on our floor, with our staff — nothing gets shipped to a processing plant somewhere else in the Lowcountry.

Pricing is straightforward and based on weight. Residential orders run $1.75 per pound, which covers the typical household mix of everyday clothes, towels and sheets. Commercial accounts — short-term rental turnovers, restaurant linens, salon towels — are billed at $1.50 per pound, reflecting the volume and recurring nature of that business. If you've already washed a load yourself and just want it professionally folded and pressed into shape, folding-only service is $1.25 per pound. And if you'd rather skip the scale altogether and know the exact cost before you even walk in, our flat-rate bags are $50.00 for 20–30 lb or $75.00 for 30–40 lb — hand over a full bag and get a flat number back.

The process itself is simple by design. Drop off any time we're open — no appointment required for a standard order. We weigh it in front of you, sort by color and fabric weight the same way a careful person would at home, then wash and dry each load on settings matched to what's actually in it rather than one generic cycle for everything. Once it's dry, it's folded — shirts, towels, sheets, all of it — and bagged or boxed for pickup. Most orders are ready the next day, which makes this a realistic option even in the middle of a busy week rather than something you have to plan three days in advance for.

Flat-rate bags are worth understanding a little more specifically, because the right size depends on your household. A 20–30 lb bag typically covers about a week of laundry for one person, or a couple of busy days for a small family — a mix of outfits, towels and maybe one set of sheets. Step up to the 30–40 lb bag and you're covering a fuller household load, sheets and towels included, without the extra step of watching the scale. If you're genuinely unsure which bag fits your load, that's fine — bring it in and our staff will weigh it and steer you toward whichever pricing actually saves you money.

Not everyone wants to make the drive out to Hwy 162, though, and that's where our pickup & delivery service picks up the slack — same wash, dry and fold process, just collected from and returned to your door from $3.00 per pound, depending on your distance from the shop.
